PAYMENT
Payment is expected at the time of purchase through PayPal.
Purchases made by buyers from New Jersey will be charged 7% sales tax. Taxes on sales from all other locales are the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail and are generally shipped within 1 - 2 business days.
If you prefer either a different shipping method or shipping insurance, please send me an e-mail when you place your order and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Every customer should be completely happy with Beadalicious Designs and our products. We will do everything we can to ensure your happiness before, during, and after your purchase.
Due to the nature of the hand-made and natural materials used, some variations may exist. These are not defects. These variations contribute to the uniqueness of your jewelry.
Quality Guarantee: All products are guaranteed to be free of defects for 60 days. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please e-mail me as soon as possible so we can try to resolve the issue. If your purchase breaks and it is within 60 days of purchase, simply return all the parts to me for repair or replacement, which will be at the discretion of Beadalicious Designs. We will do our best to make you happy; however due to the uniqueness of our hand-made products, it can sometimes be difficult to achieve a precise match for broken or missing pieces.
All items are shipped in perfect condition. However, if your merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us right away so we can do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible for you.
Our goal is to make you happy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and we are unable to resolve the issue, a merchandise refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued at your choosing; however we must be notified within 20 days of purchase. The product must be returned in “new” condition and include the original packaging. Beadalicious Designs cannot be responsible for packages that you ship to us; therefore, please consider delivery confirmation or insurance.
If your product breaks beyond 60 days of purchase we will be happy to repair your merchandise for a nominal fee plus the cost of return shipping to you. Please e-mail me first. Then simply return all the missing pieces, along with a copy of your original receipt, which will include the information we need to repair the item and return it to you. If any pieces are missing or broken, we will do our best to substitute the missing or broken pieces and will e-mail you if additional costs are necessary. In most cases no additional replacement part costs will apply.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We are always interested in satisfying requests for custom designs. Please e-mail me to discuss your special request, which can be for either single items or themes such as party favors.
SAFETY
Small children should be closely supervised when wearing or handling all Beadalicious Designs jewelry. Parts are small and are a choking hazard if swallowed.
